i am testing them on windows 7 and so far so good but i only have an older 4xxx card so better suited to the 5xxx crowd.
Avivo direct link windows 7/vista x64/x32 http://www2.ati.com/drivers/9-9_vist…2-64_xcode.exe
wrong of course
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
5xxx series seems to be the same as the rest so just grab one .
they are newer than the beta rc6/7 drivers
Numerous benchmarks abound for this card.
Best deatures would have to be DX11 support.
Eyefinity multimonitor support
Cooler running and a bucketload faster than the 4000 series on the whole.
Downsides so far is the initial cost making it NOT so attractive to hose that already own good gear.
http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=hd+5870&spos=3
Australian sites ranging from a good $448 to $580 and very limited supply it would seem for the 5870
http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=hd+5850&spos=1
From $369 to $434 for the 5850 so a little better but still to high for most.
Also the beta release drivers are out from ATI and DO install on older 4000 series cards and add afew features as well as perform well (so far)

Of course no support on windows xp yet but hey..move on

have not tried them yet but i,ll see how they go (Seems they are a x32 and x64 all in one and maybe an avivo fix also whql)
As for the drivers, they work very well and so far no issues.
Games seem ok no big chnages…maybe an odd drop in hl2 lost coast but it may be an anomoly.
ut3 still right up there.
now all we need is for them to release the damn things…july is nearly gone boys…hurry up
